With the support of GDR-EMR, GDR-MathGeoPhy (CNRS), Inria and l'Amies, the conference "Simulation and Optimization for Renewable Marine Energies" (EMRSIM 2022) is organized in Roscoff from  May 30  to  June 2 2022 at the Research and Teaching Centre in Marine Biology and Ecology.

The purpose of this conference is to promote exchanges between three communities: researchers in applied mathematics, mechanical engineering researchers and industrialists specializing in marine renewable energy.

The topics covered will be related to the simulation and numerical optimization of marine energy extraction devices such as hydro turbines, offshore wind turbines or wave systems.

To propose a presentation, send an abstract (< 800 characters) before April 15th to emrsim22_organisationcommittee@inria.fr.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Registration will be open soon.

The registration fee will be around 400 euros, including accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and dinners.

Financial support will be proposed for junior researchers.
